1. Screwdriver:

3. Electric soldering iron:

In the maintenance of mobile phones, it is often necessary to replace the components on the circuit board, which requires the use of electric soldering iron, and the requirements for it are also very high. This is because the components of mobile phones adopt surface mount technology, which has small size, high integration, fine printed circuit and small bonding pad. If the electric soldering iron is not selected properly, it is easy to cause man-made faults in the welding process, such as false soldering, short circuit and even welding the circuit board. Therefore, it is necessary to choose high-grade electric soldering iron as far as possible, such as thermostatic temperature regulating anti-static electric soldering iron. 4. Hot air gun:

Hot air gun is one of the most used tools in mobile phone maintenance, and the process requirements are also very high. Hot air guns are used from removing or installing small components to large integrated circuits. In different occasions, there are special requirements for the temperature and air volume of the hot-air gun. Low temperature will cause faulty soldering of components, and high temperature will cause the worst components and circuit boards. Excessive air volume will blow away small components. At the same time, it is also important to choose a hot-air gun. Don't choose a low-grade hot-air gun because of price.

5. Flux:

Welding of mobile phones requires the use of flux to avoid false soldering or burrs on the surface of the solder joint. Generally, the resistant solder paste is highly corrosive and cannot be used for mobile phone maintenance. Pine perfume is very practical (configured with Tianna water and rosin) and cheap, but it needs cleaning after welding.

6. Washing water:

The mobile phone is used in a harsh environment, which is prone to moisture, dust, and even water mildew, especially when non washable flux is used during welding, so the mobile phone must be cleaned. The printed circuit board should be cleaned with board washing water. If there is no board washing water, ethane and Tianna water can also be used for cleaning. Pay attention to remove the organic materials such as display screen, chassis, microphone, ringing, etc. during cleaning.

7. Tin absorption belt:

Tin suction tape is very important in mobile phone maintenance. It has a strong adsorption capacity for solder. It is easy to deal with too much solder on the machine board or short circuit of solder joints. Generally, 1.5mm-2mm wide tin tape is selected for mobile phone maintenance.

8. Anti static equipment:

In order to prevent the damage of static electricity to mobile phone components, anti-static table mats, anti-static wrist straps and anti-static welding platforms can be applied, and these equipment should be properly grounded.

9. Multimeter:

Multimeter is a multi-purpose meter that can measure current, voltage, resistance, crystal diode and crystal triode parameters. It is also a necessary instrument for manufacturing and repairing various communication products and other electromechanical products. It is one of the most commonly used maintenance instruments in mobile phone repair, which mainly tests the voltage of key points of each part, the connection and disconnection of lines, and judges the quality of components.

There are many kinds of multimeter on the market now, but they can be divided into two kinds, one is pointer multimeter, the other is digital multimeter. These two kinds of multimeter have their own uses in mobile phone maintenance, but digital multimeter is widely used because of its high accuracy and intuitive.

10. Regulated power supply:

In the maintenance of mobile phones, in order to facilitate the test, it is necessary to prepare a regulated power supply. Its output voltage is required to be adjustable, with an output voltage of 1-15 volts and a current of 1-2 amps. It should be equipped with a short-circuit protection circuit and current limiting regulation, with two types of mechanical meter and digital display, which are used to observe the current changes in the operation of mobile phones.

11. Oscilloscope:

The function of the oscilloscope is to measure all the signal waveforms in the mobile phone. Because the models in the mobile phone are pulse waves, the multimeter cannot measure and cannot measure accurately. It can only be measured with the oscilloscope, such as rxi/q receiving baseband signal, txi/q transmitting baseband signal, 13m, 32.768KHz and other signals. 12. Frequency meter:

Although the oscilloscope can measure whether there are 13m, 32.768KHz and other signals, it cannot measure the accuracy of these signals. The frequency meter can measure the specific values of 13m master clock and 32.768KHz real-time clock, which is convenient for maintenance (some oscilloscopes have frequency meters, so pay attention to purchase).

13. Magnifying table lamp:

It is mainly used for the inspection of small components in lighting and amplification and whether the circuit board is broken.

14. Spectrum analyzer:

Generally, maintenance personnel do not use it. First, its price is high, and second, the operation is relatively complex. It needs to cooperate with the signal generator. But it is very convenient to find faults.

15. Software maintenance instrument:

Due to voltage, temperature, human static electricity, hardware and software quality and other reasons, the software in the mobile phone continues to be lost or disordered, resulting in a variety of software failures, so it is necessary to use a special software maintenance instrument to rewrite the software. There are two common software maintenance instruments:

Do not disassemble the machine: you do not need to open the shell, save the software data of various mobile phones into the computer in advance (some do not use the computer), rewrite the software in the mobile phone through the data transmission line and the software maintenance instrument (actually an interface circuit) (like the copy tape of a recorder). Disassembly: there is no software information of a certain model in the disassembly free maintenance instrument, or the mobile phone cannot be connected with the maintenance instrument, so it can only be disassembled and rewritten with a special universal programming instrument, commonly including up-48, 128, etc.

16. Accessories:
